A home that works for you
Working side by side

I’m Cynthia, a home function and executive function coach. I’ll work beside you to help make home easier to manage.
Meet Cynthia →We help you catch up while figuring out what keeps making home hard to manage. As we work, we talk through what needs attention, what comes next, and how to pick things up again when life interrupts.
Working together doesn’t mean matching my pace. You might sort alongside me, make decisions while seated, or tell me what will work for you while I handle the physical work. We adapt the approach across household responsibilities, with reminders and ongoing help as needed.
What we can work on together
What can we help with?
Here are some of the household responsibilities we can work through together. You don’t need to choose a category before reaching out.
That might mean being able to make dinner without clearing the counter first, finding the paperwork that needs attention, or having tomorrow’s clothes ready.
Home Resets & Layout
Clear access and arrange furniture, belongings, and supplies around daily life. We plan the work around your household’s needs and energy.
Organization & Storage
Find places for belongings that make sense to you. Keep everyday items within reach and make putting them away easier.
Kitchen & Meals
Work through meal planning, food storage, supplies, and preparation so feeding yourself or your family asks less of you.
Mail & Paperwork
Sort the pile, spot deadlines, and turn “deal with this” into a clear action. Find a way to keep track of what’s still waiting.
Laundry
Work through washing, drying, and putting clothes away. If folding is where everything stops, we can consider another way.
Chores & Home Care
Keep track of recurring chores and seasonal upkeep, with reminders and a plan you can return to when life interrupts.
Your first visit
What does working together look like?
Before a visit, we talk about the help you’re looking for, how we could work together, and the cost before you decide. When we meet at your home, we choose what needs attention and get to work at a pace that makes sense for you.
We can discuss a reset, ongoing support, or check-ins as your needs change. We’ll work out what fits your situation together.
Decide what needs attention
We look at what’s piled up, what’s getting in the way of daily life, and what you most want help with. We also notice where things tend to stall, so the plan addresses more than the backlog.
Work through it side by side
We sort, move, organize, and work through household routines together. Along the way, we talk through choices and try approaches you can use again. You decide what happens to your belongings and which changes you want to make.
Make a plan for keeping up
We look at what helped and how you might use it with other responsibilities. We practice how to find your place after an interruption and discuss what support will help between visits.
For example: With mail, “deal with the pile” might become “find anything with a deadline.” With laundry, the same question—what needs attention now?—might help you choose clothes needed for tomorrow. The tasks are different, but you’re practicing how to make a decision and turn it into an action.
