People often ask if we're a professional organizing company. The answer is both yes and no. We also are asked if we are professional cleaners. Again, the answer is both yes and no.
Yes, we organize. Yes, we clean. We declutter, sort, remove trash, coordinate donations, and create functional spaces. We help people develop executive function skills, teach daily life skills and home maintenance. But those services are only part of the story.
At Cluttered Spaces, we don't measure success by how organized a home looks.
We measure it by how well it supports the people who live there.
Everything we do—from organizing a closet to rebuilding daily routines—is designed to help individuals and families get unstuck. We use practical tools, executive function strategies, and personalized support to create environments that reduce overwhelm, build confidence, and make everyday life more manageable.

I reached out to Cynthia for a full house reset after a breakup. Moving furniture, organizing spaces, and a general deep clean (multiple pets!)
I work a full time and a part time job. I also go to school full-time. I just don’t have a lot of extra time to keep up with everything but I wanted the house to feel more like mine.

Preparing the Eastside Church space for its next use was a large, complicated project with a tight timeline and many moving parts.
